The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and offered a fantastic terrace with amazing city views, but cleanliness could be improved. The service was beyond professional and welcoming, making me feel at home. The location was superb, near various attractions and convenient for exploring. The dining options were delicious with plenty of variety. However, the facilities fell below expectations.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious with an amazing view over the bay of Haifa. The food on Friday night buffet was good, but unfortunately, on Saturday morning, due to religious restrictions, the food was not as tasty, except for the fresh salad bar.

I loved the amazing views over Haifa harbor from my room, but the desperate need for refurbishment made it look tatty. However, the spaciousness and incredible view were truly delightful. The hotel was also very nice to move me into the room with a cart inside.
